摘　　要：阐述智能电网技术的特点和类型,基于智能电网技术的电力系统规划,存在的问题、应用策略,包括智能输配电技术、自动电压控制技术、高速双向通信技术的应用。This paper describes the characteristics and types of smart grid technology,power system planning based on smart grid technology,existing problems,and application strategies,including the application of smart transmission and distribution technology,automatic voltage control technology,and high-speed two-way communication technology.
