摘　　要：阐述电气自动化技术在热轧厂液压站的应用,液压站设备组成、液压站自动控制系统设计、液压站系统的操作实践,包括温度自动控制、主泵和循环泵自动启停控制、生产线控制系统的集成HMI显示。This paper describes the application of electrical automation technology in the hydraulic station of a hot rolling mill,the composition of the hydraulic station equipment,the design of the hydraulic station automatic control system,and the operation practice of the hydraulic station system,including automatic temperature control,automatic start and stop control of the main pump and circulating pump,and integrated HMI display of the production line control system.
