摘　　要：阐述安全诊断系统的整体结构,分析智能变电站二次安全措施的特点,提出二次安全措施的诊断,即在安全措施发票前提示操作票,发票后检查,提高了安全措施操作的可靠性和安全性。This paper describes the overall structure of the safety diagnosis system,analyzes the characteristics of secondary safety measures in intelligent substations,and proposes the diagnosis of secondary safety measures,that is,prompt the operation ticket before the safety measure invoice,and check after the invoice,which improves the reliability and safety of safety measure operation.
