摘　　要：研究分析地面大容量公交的特征,对实施效益及其意义进行解读,提出地面大容量公交实施效益评价指标体系的初步构建,并基于德尔菲法,进行指标体系的优化。选取行业内13位专家,以3轮问卷调查的形式,确定得到了由30个指标构成的实施效益三层次评价指标体系。该方法结合了定性分析与定量分析,确保了指标优化的科学性和合理性。With analyzing the characteristics of large capacity ground public transport,its implementation benefit and significance has been interpreted.Efficiency evaluation index system for large ground capacity public transport has been preliminary constructed.An index system is optimized based on the Delphi method.Thirteen experts are selected in the form of three rounds of questionnaires.Finally,a three-level evaluation index system composed of 30 indexes was established.This method combines qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to ensure the rationality of index optimization.
