晚清县域私铸问题分析——以《南部档案》为中心

摘　　要：晚清县域私铸泛滥,私钱与制钱相伴而生,流动在民间市场之中,对县域的经济秩序、社会治安和下层人民的生活影响颇大。虽然政府采取了禁私措施,但私铸现象仍屡禁不止。根据清代四川南部县衙档案,可以得知,该县私铸难禁的主要原因在于南部县地理位置的特殊性、富绅保甲的包庇与加入、国家律令与官府实际执行中存在偏差以及吏治的腐败。In the late Qing Dynasty,private casting was rampant in counties,and private money and official money were made at the same time and circulated in the folk market,which had a great impact on the economic order,social security and the life of lower class.Although the government has taken measures to prohibit private casting,the phenomenon of private casting still continued.According to the county government archives of southern Sichuan in Qing Dynasty,it can be found that the main reasons for the difficulty in prohibiting private casting in these counties are the particularity of the geographical location of the southern counties,the protection and participation of the rich gentry and Baojia,the deviation in the actual implementation of national laws and regulations,and the corruption of local officials.
