摘  要:影响苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)乳液聚合分子质量的主要因素有反应温度、乳化剂、链转移剂、水油比以及引发剂的浓度和加入方式等。着重研究了聚合反应时间、引发剂浓度、乳化剂和链转移剂对SAN的分子质量及包裹聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)抗滴落剂的影响。通过黏度法测定不同条件下SAN的分子质量,结果表明,随着聚合反应时间的增加,SAN的分子质量逐渐增大,聚合反应6h后达到极大值。增加引发剂过硫酸铵的浓度可以减小SAN的分子质量。此外,随着与阴离子乳化剂复配的阳离子乳化剂投入量的增加,SAN的分子质量逐渐增大。链转移剂的加入以及加入方式不同均会对SAN的分子质量产生影响,在75℃聚合3h后加入醇类链转移剂,SAN的分子质量大大降低,而随着单体一起加入时,分子质量较大,但分子质量分布较窄。使用低分子质量SAN包裹的PTFE抗滴落剂表现出优异的抗滴落性能,其抗滴落性能可达到V-1级别。The main factors that affect the molecular weight of styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer(SAN)emulsion polymerization are reaction temperature,emulsifier,chain transfer agent,water-oil ratio,initiator concentration and adding method.The influences of different polymerization times,initiator concentrations,emulsifiers,and chain transfer agents on the molecular weight of SAN and SAN encapsulated PTFE anti-dripping agent were emphatically introduced in this paper.The outflow time of sample under different conditions could be determined by viscosity method to infer the range of molecular weight of the SAN.The experimental results indicated that the molecular weight of SAN increased gradually,and reach a peak after 6 hours of polymerization with the extension of polymerization time.Increasing the concentration of ammonium persulfate can reduce the molecular weight of the SAN.In addition,when increasing the amount of cationic emulsifier compounded with anionic emulsifier,the molecular weight of SAN increased gradually.Finally,the addition and the addition method of chain transfer agent also can affect the molecular weight of SAN.The molecular weight of the SAN was greatly reduced by the addition of alcohol chain transfer agent after 3 hours of polymerization at 75 C,while when added together with the monomer,the molecular weight become larger,but the molecular weight distribution is narrower.Low molecular weight SAN encapsulated PTFE anti-dripping agent will show excellent anti-dripping performance and its anti-driping performance can reach V-1 level.
