摘  要:多氟和全氟烷基物质(PFAS)的环境问题得到了广泛关注,短氟链替代长链PFAS已然成为主流趋势。同时为了满足庞大的市场需求,多氟烷基磷酸酯(PAP)作为磷酸酯型氟表面活性剂全氟辛烷磺胺乙醇基磷酸二酯(SAmPAP)的主要替代品已经在食品包装、化妆品和涂层材料等多个行业领域中得到应用,其中多氟烷基磷酸二酯(diPAP)的用途最为广泛。总结了diPAP在环境及生物体内的分布情况,综述了diPAP在土壤环境和其他动植物、微生物中可能的降解机制,并且归纳了diPAP现有的毒性研究。Environmental concerns of poly-and perfluorinated alkyl substances(PFAS)have gained widespread attention,and replacement of long-chain PFAS by short fluorinated chains has become a mainstream trend.Meanwhile,in order to meet huge market demand,polyfluoroalkyl phosphate(PAP),as a main substitutent for N-ethyl perfluorooctane sulfonamido ethanol-based phosphate diester(SAmPAP diester)which is a typical phosphate ester-based fluorosurfactant,has been applied in many industrial fields such as food packaging,cosmetics,and coating materials.Among them,polyfluoroalkyl phosphate diesters(diPAP)are the most widely used.This paper firstly summarized distribution of diPAP in the environment and in living organisms.We secondly reviewed the possible degradation mechanisms of diPAP in the soils,plants,animals and microorganisms.In the end,existing toxicity studies of diPAP were also generalized.
