以情绪紊乱为首次发病症状的高度疑似散发型克-雅病1例

摘　　要：克-雅病是一种极为罕见的中枢神经系统变性疾病,因其临床症状缺乏特异性,早期诊断困难,部分患者往往以精神症状就诊于精神科,容易被误诊为精神疾病。现报道1例以情绪紊乱为首次发病症状,早期诊断为精神疾病,最终诊断为高度疑似散发型克-雅病患者的诊疗经过,旨在提高对本病的认识,以减少误诊和漏诊。Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease is an extremely rare neurodegenerative disease.Due to the lack of specificity of its clinical symptoms,early diagnosis is difficult;Some patients often initially visit the mental health department because they may present psychological symptoms,that are easy misdiagnosed as a mental disorder.This article reports a case with emotional disturbance as the initial symptoms,the early diagnosis as a mental disorder,and the final diagnosis as probable sporadic Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease to improve awareness of this disease.
