依达拉奉联合局部亚低温疗法治疗脑出血的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究依达拉奉联合局部亚低温疗法治疗脑出血的效果。方法:选取2019年4月—2022年4月甘肃医学院附属医院收治的80例脑出血患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为常规组和试验组,各40例。常规组给予常规急救治疗,试验组在常规组基础上给予依达拉奉联合局部亚低温疗法治疗。比较两组颅内水肿以及血肿体积、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、日常生活自理能力量表(ADL)评分、治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组颅内水肿以及血肿体积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组颅内水肿以及血肿体积均小于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗前,两组NIHSS、ADL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组NIHSS评分低于常规组,ADL评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。试验组治疗总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.018 5)。结论:依达拉奉联合局部亚低温疗法治疗脑出血的效果显著,可缩小脑血肿、水肿体积,对脑组织起到良好的保护作用,还可减轻功能损伤,促进患者自理能力的恢复。Objective:To investigate the effect of edaravone combined with local mild hypothermia in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in Affiliated Hospital of Gansu Medical College from April 2019 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into routine group and trial group,with 40 patients in each group.The routine group was given routine emergency treatment,and the trial group was given edaravone combined with local mild hypothermia treatment on the basis of routine group.The intracranial edema and hematoma volume,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,Activities of Daily Living(ADL)score,and treatment effect in two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in intracranial edema and hematoma volume between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the intracranial edema and hematoma volume in the trial group were smaller than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the NIHSS and ADL scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score in the trial group was lower than that in the routine group,and the ADL score in the trial group was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The total effective rate of treatment in the trial group was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0185).Conclusion:Edaravone combined with local hypothermia therapy has a significant effect in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage,which can reduce the volume of cerebral hematoma and edema,play a good protective role in brain tissue,reduce functional damage,and promote the recovery of patients'self-care ability.
