摘 要:科技物流企业面临高度环境不确定性问题,组织韧性能够帮助企业在高度环境不确定性中抵御风险并实现超越,已有研究发现领导风格可以有效培育组织韧性。悖论式领导在中国本土企业取得成功管理实践,因此探索企业家悖论式领导驱动组织韧性的实现机理十分必要。通过梳理组织韧性以及悖论式领导的已有文献,文中揭示了组织韧性与悖论式领导的内涵,理清了悖论式领导可以通过“微观-中观-宏观”的路径驱动组织韧性的形成,识别出企业不同成长阶段培育组织韧性的关键因素,对中国本土企业的适应性成长和可持续发展具有实践意义。Science and technology logistics enterprises are faced with the problem of high environmental uncertainty,but organizational resilience can help enterprises resist risks and achieve transcendence in high environmental uncertainty.Previous studies have found that leadership style can effectively cultivate organizational resilience.Since paradoxical leadership has been successfully practiced in Chinese local enterprises,it is necessary to explore the realization mechanism of paradoxical leadership driving organizational resilience.By reviewing the existing literatures on organizational resilience and paradoxical leadership,this paper reveals the connotation of organizational resilience and paradoxical leadership,clarifies that paradoxical leadership can drive the formation of organizational resilience through the“micro-meso-macro”path,and identifies the key factors for cultivating organizational resilience in different growth stages of enterprises,which has practical significance for the adaptive growth and sustainable development of Chinese local enterprises.
