摘　　要：随着世界经济一体化趋势的加剧,物流企业得到了长足的发展。同时,物流企业为抢占国际市场,都采取跨国式经营战略,国际化经营已成为企业发展的必然趋势。成本管理是所有企业都应重视的工作,对物流企业来讲,实现企业的经营管理目标,要以加强成本管理为基础。文中以物流企业成本管理为研究对象,分析国际化经营战略下的物流企业成本管理的问题与措施。With the intensification of the trend of world economic integration,logistics enterprises have gained long-term development.At the same time,in order to seize the international market,the logistics enterprises adopt the transnational management strategy,and international operation has become the inevitable trend of enterprise development.Cost management is the work that all enterprises should pay attention to.To achieve the management objectives of enterprises,logistics enterprises should regard strengthening cost management as the basis.The article takes the cost management of logistics enterprises as the research object,and analyzes the problems and measures of cost management of logistics enterprises under the internationalized management strategy.
