后疫情时期医务人员心理状况、心理弹性和社会支持的相关性  

Relationship between mental health,psychological resilience,and social support among medical staffs in the post-COVID-19 era in Wuhan

摘　　要：目的:探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情后期武汉市医务人员的心理健康状况、心理弹性和社会支持水平,并了解其心理弹性与心理状况和社会支持的相关性。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、心理弹性问卷(CD-RISC)、社会支持评定量表对201名武汉市医务人员进行调查。结果:(1)在后疫情时期武汉市医务人员SCL-90、SAS和社会支持量表评分均高于中国成人常模(分别为P<0.05、P<0.01、P<0.01),心理弹性总分为(56.13±25.46),显著低于中国成人常模(P<0.01)。其中,不同家庭月收入的医务人员的心理健康状况存在差别,两组间SCL-90总分有非常显著的差异(P<0.01);(2)不同性别医务人员的心理弹性总分及坚韧性、力量、客观性三个维度评分有非常显著的差异(P<0.01);社会支持量表的客观支持这一维度存在两性差异(P<0.01);(3)心理弹性与SCL-90评分呈负相关(P<0.05),其中心理弹性与敌对、恐惧、偏执等因子呈负相关,同时心理弹性及其三个维度与社会支持呈正相关。结论:后疫情时期医护人员有着较低水平的心理状况和心理弹性水平,我们需要持续关注医护人员的心理健康,提供持续的心理评估和干预,提高其心理弹性水平,为其疫情后的生活质量提供支持。Objective: To investigate the mental health conditions, psychological resilience, and social support of medical staffs in the post-COVID-19 era in Wuhan, China. Methods: We did a survey with Self-reporting Inventory(SCL-90), Self-assessment scale of anxiety(SAS), Psychological resilience questionnaire(CD-RISC), and social support assessment scale in 201 medical staffs in Wuhan.Results:(1) The scores of SCL-90, SAS and social support scale of medical staffs were higher than that of Chinese general population(P<0. 05, P<0. 01, and P<0. 01, respectively). The score of psychological resilience was 56. 13±25. 46, which was significantly lower than that of Chinese adult norm(P<0. 01). Meanwhile, the mental health status of medical staffs with more than 10 000 Yuan monthly household income was better than those with less than 10 000 Yuan(P<0. 01).(2) There was significant difference in the scores of psychological resilience(and its factors, hardiness, strength,and optimism), and in the objective support of the social support assessment scale between different genders(P<0. 01);(3) Psychological resilience was negatively correlated with the score of SCL-90,while it and its three factors were positively correlated with social support. Conclusion: Some medical staffs had a lower level of psychological status and psychological resilience in the post-COVID-19 era in Wuhan. We need to pay much attention to the mental health of medical staffs, and provide continuous psychological health assessment and intervention, in order to improve their psychological resilience and strengthen the supports, and help them return to the normal life after the epidemic.
