摘　　要：为了研究不同弹簧床垫铺垫料对人体侧卧脊柱形态的影响,以普通海绵、记忆海绵、乳胶海绵3款不同铺垫料的五区弹簧床垫为研究对象,采用脊柱形态下陷量测试法和脊柱形态定位法测量人体侧卧姿势的床垫下陷量以及比较侧卧姿势的人体脊柱形态曲线斜率、肩胛角α和骶骨角β。研究结果表明:床垫铺垫材料的不同,人体侧卧时肩、臀和腰部的下陷量也不同,人体脊柱形态也会因肩、臀和腰部的下限量变化而变化。其中以记忆海绵为铺垫料的床垫上的人体脊柱形态曲线的斜率小,人体侧卧在3款不同铺垫材料床垫时的肩胛角α都比站姿时要大,而骶骨角β都小于站姿时的骶骨角,从而对弹簧床垫的设计提供理论依据。In order to study the influence of different spring mattress bedding materials on the morphology of the human body when lying on the side,the three five-zone spring mattresses of ordinary sponges,memory foams and latex sponges with different bedding materials were selected as research objects.The spinal morphological sagging test method and the spinal morphological positioning method were used to measure the mattress subsidence of the human body in the lateral lying posture,the slope of the human spine morphological curve,the α of the shoulder blade angle and the sacral angle β compared with the lateral lying posture.The research indicates that the amount of sagging of the shoulders,hips and waist are different when lying on the side with a variety of the mattress cushion material,and the shape of the human spine will also change due to the change of the lower limit of the shoulder,hip and waist.Among them,the slope of the human spine morphological curve on the mattress with memory foam as the bedding material is small.The shoulder blade angle α when the human body lies on the side of the mattress with three different bedding materials is larger than that of the standing posture,while the sacral angle β is smaller than the sacral angle when standing,which will provide a theoretical basis for the design of the spring mattress.
