摘 要:为降低以中密度纤维板(MDF)为表板的三聚氰胺浸渍纸贴面实木复合门扇制作和使用过程中的变形率,提高其结构稳定性,设计制作2组共6种不同表板结构的门扇进行对照测试。通过对翘曲度和表板含水率的测量分析,结果表明:双层和双贴面MDF表板结构均能增强门扇抗变形能力,对比常规门扇,测试中的双贴面4.5 mm MDF和5.7 mm MDF表板门扇7 d翘曲度均值分别降低71%和66%,单贴面双层3 mm普通和防潮MDF表板门扇降低29%和50%;单贴面4.5 mm MDF表板门扇7 d翘曲度均值升高25%;7 d观测期内表板含水率分布差异和含水率变化速度与门扇变形呈现相关性,测试中双贴面5.7 mm MDF表板门扇两项数据综合最佳。In order to reduce the deformation rate and improve the structural stability of the melamine-impregnated paper overlaid solid wood composite door leaf with MDF as the surface board,two groups of door leaf with 6 different surface board structures were designed for comparative testing.Through the measurement and analysis of the warping degree and the moisture content of the surface,the results show that:the double-overlaid MDF surface structure can enhance the anti-deformation ability of the door.Compared with the conventional door,the average 7d warping degree of the double-overlaid 4.5mm MDF and5.7mm MDF surface-layer door in the test is reduced by 71% and 66%,respectively,while the single-overlaid double-layer 3mm common and moisture-proof MDF table door is reduced by 29% and 50%.The average warpage of single surface 4.5mm MDF surface-layer door leaf is increased by 25% in 7d;During the 7d observation period,the water content distribution difference and water content change rate of the surface are correlated with the deformation of the door.The test data of the double overlaid 5.7mm MDF surface-layer door is the best.
