摘 要:激光具有高能量密度、高方向性、高单色性等特性,广泛应用于材料切割、改性等领域,其具有无接触加工、加工效率高、无污染等优点,为实现创新材料高效加工应用提供理论指导与新思路。利用二氧化碳激光辐照聚氨酯皮革表面,选取激光功率、进给速度和离焦量作为输入变量,采用激光加工试验和数学模型分析了激光加工参数对单次激光辐照的聚氨酯皮革表面颜色变化区宽度的影响规律。结果表明,所选激光加工参数对试件表面变色区宽度均有显著影响,在一定范围内,随离焦量、激光功率的增加和进给速度的减小,辐照到试件表面的激光总能量和光斑面积增加,变色区宽度增加。建立了激光加工参数与试件表面变色区宽度关系的二次数学模型,模型能在修正的参数组合下对聚氨酯皮革表面变色区宽度进行精准预测。Laser is widely used in material cutting and modification due to its high energy density,high directivity and high monochromatic properties.It has the advantages of non-contact processing,high processing efficiency and no pollution.It provides theoretical guidance and new ideas for the realization of efficient processing application of innovative materials.CO_2 laser were used to irradiate the polyurethane leather surface.The laser power,feed speed and focus plane position were selected as input variables,the influence of laser parameters on the polyurethane leather discoloration area width under single laser irradiation was analyzed based on laser processing experiment and mathematical model.The results show that the selected laser parameters have significant effects on the discoloration area width.In a certain range,as the increase of focus plane position and laser power and the decrease of the feed rate,the total energy and spot area irradiated to the polyurethane leather surface increase as well as the discoloration area width.The quadratic model between the laser parameters and the polyurethane leather discoloration area width has been established,which can accurately predict the polyurethane leather discoloration area width under the modified parameter combination.
