摘　　要：目的 观察危害分析与关键控制点(HACCP)管理模式在某中医医院静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)细胞毒及其化疗辅助用药全程风险管理中的应用效果。方法 分析某中医医院PIVAS细胞毒及其化疗辅助用药管理工作中的显著危害,建立关键控制点,并提出措施,比较实施前后的成效。结果 依据建立的关键控制点(CCP)内容,制定标准化操作流程(SOP),HACCP实施后PIVAS用药差错、不合理医嘱、药品破损率及药品破损总金额均少/低于实施前。结论 在PIVAS细胞毒及其化疗辅助用药全程风险管理中应用HACCP认证法,可显著降低各工作环节差错,促进临床患者安全合理用药。Objective To observe the application effect of hazard analysis and critical control point(HACCP) management mode in the whole process risk management of PIVAS cytotoxicity and chemotherapeutic adjuvant drugs in a traditional Chinese medicine hospital. Methods Analyzed the significant harm of PIVAS cytotoxicity and its adjuvant chemotherapy administration in a traditional Chinese medicine hospital, established the critical control points, put forward measures, and analyzed the effect comparison before and after implementation. Results According to the content of the established critical control point(CCP), the standardized operation process(SOP) was developed, after the implementation of HACCP, the PIVAS medication errors, the unreasonable medical orders, the rate of damaged drugs and the total amount of damaged drugs were less/lower than before the implementation. Conclusion The application of HACCP certification method in the whole process risk management of PIVAS cytotoxicity and chemotherapy adjuvant drugs can significantly reduce errors in all work links and promote safe and rational use of drugs by clinical patients.
