子宫肌瘤患者并发子宫腺肌症的状况分析

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫肌瘤患者并发子宫腺肌症的状况及相关影响因素。方法选取2018年1月—2020年12月期间于联勤保障部队第九九医院信阳医院接受诊疗的80例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,所有入选者均接受手术治疗,观察子宫肌瘤患者子宫腺肌症发生率,并收集患者临床资料,分析子宫肌瘤并发宫腺肌症的影响因素。结果80例子宫肌瘤患者并发子宫腺肌症37例(46.25%),未并发子宫腺肌症43例(53.75%);发生组流产次数、哺乳时间、糖尿病、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)水平、糖类抗原125水平与未发生组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.716、4.832、6.490,t=5.365、6.772,P均<0.05);建立多元logistic回归模型结果显示,流产次数≥3次、哺乳时间<6个月、糖尿病、NLR水平高、糖类抗原125水平高是子宫肌瘤并发子宫腺肌症的影响因素(OR=6.648、2.738、6.589、9.162、1.4201,P均<0.05)。结论流产次数≥3次、哺乳时间<6个月、糖尿病、NLR水平高、糖类抗原125水平高是子宫肌瘤并发子宫腺肌症的影响因素。Objective To investigate the status and related influencing factors of adenomyosis in women with hysteromyoma.Methods Totally 80 patients with hysteromyoma treated in the 99th Hospital of the Joint logistic Support Force Xinyang Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,all selected patients received surgical treatment,the incidence of adenomyosis of patients with hysteromyom was observed,clinical data of patients were collected,the influencing factors of adenomyosis in women with hysteromyoma were analyzed.Results Among 80 patients with hysteromyoma,37 cases(46.25%)were complicated with adenomyosis,43 cases(53.75%)were not complicated with adenomyosis;Compared times of abortion,lactation time,diabetes mellitus,neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and carbohydrate antigen 125 level between the occurrence group and the non occurrence group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.716,4.832,6.490,t=5.365,6.772,all P<0.05);Multiple logistic regression model was established,the results showed that times of abortion≥3,lactation time<6 months,diabetes mellitus,high NLR level and high carbohydrate antigen 125 level were the influencing factors of adenomyosis in women with hysteromyoma(OR=6.648,2.738,6.589,9.162,1.4201,all P<0.05).Conclusion Times of abortion≥3 times,lactation time<6 months,diabetes mellitus,high NLR level and high carbohydrate antigen 125 level are the influencing factors of adenomyosis in women with hysteromyoma.
