摘　　要：目的 对国内、外中药复方(含中成药)的随机、双盲、对照试验进行文献计量分析,以期为学者了解该领域的临床研究现状及发展趋势提供参考。方法 检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)和Web of Science(WOS)核心合集数据库,运用CiteSpace软件以及文献计量学方法对该领域的发文量、主要发文期刊、主要研究者、研究机构、关键词、研究热点等作出描述性分析。结果 共纳入中文文献228篇,英文文献219篇。该领域的年度发文量呈波动上升趋势。中文文献的主要发文期刊是《中医杂志》、《中国中西医结合杂志》等,主要研究机构为四川大学华西医院、天津中医药大学第一附属医院等,发文量靠前的作者是张瑞明、李廷谦等。中文文献的关键词主要可分为4个类别:研究方法类(双盲法)、疾病名称类(冠心病)、中医证型类(湿热蕴结)和中药复方类(云南白药)。英文文献方面,主要发文期刊是《基于证据的补充和替代医学杂志》、《中医杂志》(英文版)等,主要研究机构为中国中医科学院、北京中医药大学等,发文量靠前的作者是仝小林、连凤梅等。英文文献的代表性关键词聚类,如“ischemic stroke”等,可能是该领域的研究热点。结论 本研究通过对中药复方领域的随机、双盲、对照试验进行文献计量学分析,揭示了该领域的发展现状、研究热点等关键问题,为研究人员寻找潜在的合作伙伴、合作机构提供了线索,为今后该领域的研究方向提供了思路。Objective The randomized,double-blind,and controlled trials of Chinese herbal medicine formulas(including proprietary Chinese medicine) were analyzed,in order to provide reference for scholars to understand the current situation and development trend of clinical researches in this field.Methods Randomized,double-blind,and controlled clinical trials treated with Chinese herbal medicine formulas were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) and Web of Science Core Collection(WOS).CiteSpace software and bibliometric method were used to make a descriptive analysis of annual publications,major journals,authors,institutions,keywords,and hotspots in this field.Results A total of 228 articles in Chinese and 219 articles in English were included.The annual publications of articles showed a fluctuating upward trend.In terms of Chinese articles,the most published journals were Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine,etc.The most prolific institutions were West China Hospital of Sichuan University,First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,etc.The most prolific authors were Zhang Ruiming,Li Tingqian,etc.Keywords in Chinese articles can be divided into four categories:methods(double-blind method),diseases(coronary heart disease),syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine(damp-heat accumulation syndrome) and Chinese herbal medicine formulas(Yunnan Baiyao).In terms of English articles,the main publications included Evidence-based Journal of Complementary and Alternative Medicine,Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine(English version),etc.The main research institutions were China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,etc.The most prolific authors were Tong Xiaolin,Lian Fengmei,etc.The representative keyword clusters of English articles,such as "efficacy","ischemic stroke",may be hotspots in this field.Conclusion Through bibliometric analysis of randomized,double-blind,and cont
