摘　　要：拔管后吞咽障碍是气管插管患者普遍存在的问题,及时识别拔管后吞咽障碍,有助于临床医护人员调整护理策略,改善患者预后。本文对气管插管患者拔管后吞咽障碍的筛查及评估工具进行综述,为帮助医护人员早期识别拔管后吞咽障碍患者提供参考。Post-extubation dysphagia is a common problem in tracheal intubation patients.Timely identification of post-extubation dysphagia is helpful for clinical medical staff to adjust nursing strategies and improve patients'prognosis.This paper reviews the screening and evaluation tools of post-extubation dysphagia in tracheal intubation patients,so as to provide a reference for medical staff to identify post-extubation dysphagia patients in early stage.
