摘  要:使用有机溶剂将棉仁中的棉籽油和棉酚萃取后,余下的棉粕是一种优良的动物饲料原料,棉粕中的残余油脂的高低不仅影响生产公司利润,也影响饲料的品质。结合生产实际以棉籽为原料,利用拖链浸出器将正己烷与棉胚进行逆向接触萃取油脂生产棉粕,通过单因素及正交试验重点讨论棉胚粉末度、棉胚厚度、棉胚水分和料液比对棉粕残油的影响。确定最佳工艺是棉胚粉末度24%、棉胚厚度0.32 mm、棉胚水分4.3%、料液比1︰1.3 g/mL。After using organic solvent to extract cottonseed oil and gossypol in cotton kernel,the remaining cottonseed protein is an excellent raw material for animal feed.The level of residual oil in cottonseed protein not only affects the profit of the production company,but also affects the quality of the feed.Combined with the actual production,cottonseed is used as raw material,and the n-hexane and cotton embryo are used to extract oil and oil in reverse contact with the drag chain extractor to produce cottonseed protein.The effect of solid-liquid ratio on residual oil of cottonseed protein is studied.The best process determined is that the powder degree of cotton embryo 24%,the thickness of cotton embryo 0.32 mm,the moisture content of cotton embryo 4.3%,and the ratio of material to liquid 1:1.3 g/mL.
