摘　　要：激发科技型中小企业技术创新活力对优化创新创业生态、加快国家创新体系建设具有重要意义。构建科技型中小企业创新活力评价指标体系,利用探索性和验证性因子分析对该评价体系进行了修正、完善,并以陕西省科技型中小企业相关数据进行实证和比较研究。结果表明:通过整体、行业领域和个体科技型中小企业的比较分析证实,构建的科技型中小企业创新活力评价体系具有良好的适用性。从完善创新组织管理结构、转变管理思维、增强软硬环境建设等方面提出科技型中小企业创新活力的提升路径。It is very significant to stimulate the technological innovation vitality of scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)for optimizing the innovation and entrepreneurship ecology and accelerating the construction of the national innovation system.An index system to evaluate the innovation vitality of scientific and technological small and middle-sizedenterprises is constructed,which has been revised and improved by using exploratory and validation factor analysis,and then empirical and comparative studies are conducted around the data related to scientificand technological SMEs in Shaanxi Province.The results show that it is confirmed through the comparative analysis on the overall,industry sector and individual science and technology SMEs that the evaluation system of innovation vitality of science and technology SMEs constructed in this paper has good applicability.Finally,the path to improve the innovation vitality of scientific and technological SMEs is proposed from the perspectives of improving the management structure of innovation organizations,changing management thinking and enhancing the construction of soft and hard environments.
