大学与中小学校伙伴关系中教师教育的社会资本研究——以剑桥大学与中小学校合作模式为例

摘　　要：大学—学校伙伴关系对教师教育有着重要的作用,而实践中常常出现大学主导伙伴关系的现象。英国“以中小学为基地”的教师培养模式从20世纪80年代实施以来取得了显著成效,其中的原因值得深思。文章通过剑桥大学与学校合作模式分析,探讨伙伴关系中的社会资本在教师教育中发挥的作用,以期为我国建立平等自愿的大学与中小学校伙伴关系提供借鉴,从而促进教师教育的发展。University school partnerships play an important role in teacher education,and university dominated partnerships often appear in practice.The teacher training model"based on primary and secondary schools"in the UK has achieved remarkable results since its implementation in the 1980s.The reasons for this are worth pondering.Through the analysis of the cooperation model between the University of Cambridge and the school,this paper discusses the role of social capital in the partnership in teacher education,in order to provide reference for the establishment of an equal and voluntary university school partnership in China.
