摘  要:目的研究贴面修复基牙预备数字化模拟教学系统在住院医师规范化培训(以下简称“住培”)中的应用效果。方法选择2018—2020年于陆军军医大学大坪医院口腔科进行住培的18名学员,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各9名。对照组学员在常规教学示范操作后,自主预备贴面修复基牙模型;研究组学员学习由3Shape Trios扫描仪和Geomagic Control X 64成像软件组成的数字化模拟教学系统后预备贴面修复基牙模型。测量分析教员与学员基牙预备模型6个位点的预备指标(近中肩台宽度、远中肩台宽度、唇侧肩台宽度、唇侧厚度、切端预备量及腭侧预备量)和3个位点(近中、远中及唇侧)聚合度的差值,并对2组学员行教学满意度问卷调查。结果研究组学员唇侧肩台宽度差、唇侧厚度差、切端预备量差、腭侧预备量差、唇侧聚合度差、远中聚合度差均小于对照组学员,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);2组学员其他测量指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组学员对教学满意度的各项评分也均高于对照组学员,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论由3Shape Trios扫描仪和Geomagic Control X 64成像软件组成的数字化模拟教学系统可应用于住培学员贴面修复基牙预备教学,有利于提高学员贴面修复基牙预备操作水平并可达到较好的教学满意度。Objective To study the application effect of digital simulation teaching system for veneer restoration abutment preparation in resident standardized training.Methods Eighteen trainees from the Department of Stomatology,Daping Hospital,Army Medical University were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 9 trainees in each group.The trainees in control group prepared the veneer abutment model independently after the routine teaching demonstration;the trainees in study group learned the digital simulation teaching system composed of 3Shape Trios scanner and Geomagic Control X 64 imaging software,and then prepared the veneer restoration abutment model.Measure and analyze the difference between the instructor and trainees in the six sites of the abutment preparation model(the width of mesial shoulder,distal shoulder and labial shoulder,labial thickness,incisal preparation volume and palatal preparation volume)and the degree of polymerization in the three sites(the mesial,the distal and the labial side),and the teaching satisfaction questionnaire was used in the two groups of trainees.Results The differences in width of labial shoulder,labial thickness,incisal preparation volume,palatal preparation volume,labial side polymerization degree and distal side polymerization degree in the study group were significantly smaller than those in the control group(all P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups in other measurement indicators(P>0.05).The scores of trainees in the study group on teaching satisfaction were also higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The digital simulation teaching system composed of 3Shape Trios scanner and Geomagic Control X 64 imaging software can be applied to the teaching of abutment preparation for veneer repair in residential training,which helps to improve the students′operation level of abutment preparation for veneer repair and can achieve better teaching satisfaction.
