摘　　要：黏膜相关恒定T(mucosal associated invariant T,MAIT)细胞是一组进化保守的先天样T细胞亚群,广泛存在于肝、肺、皮肤和黏膜等组织中。MAIT细胞具有抗感染、免疫调节和促进组织修复等功能。目前研究已发现,MAIT细胞与原发性舍格伦综合征、口腔扁平苔藓等多种口腔疾病的发生发展有着密切联系。文章就MAIT细胞的特性、功能及其在口腔疾病中的作用研究进展做一综述,为相关口腔疾病治疗方法提供新思路。Mucosal associated invariant T(MAIT)cells are a group of evolutionarily conserved innate like T cell subsets,which widely exist in liver,lung,skin and mucosa.They have the functions of anti-infection,immune regulation and promoting tissue repair.In oral diseases,it has been found that MAIT cells are closely related to the occurrence and development of primary Sjögren′s syndrome,oral lichen planus and other diseases.This article reviews the characteristics and functions of MAIT cells and its research progress in oral diseases,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of related oral diseases.
