摘 要:骨质疏松症是一种代谢性疾病,表现为骨量减少、骨密度降低、骨脆性增加。骨组织量及力学性能的下降常导致骨内种植体的松动,甚至脱落。骨质疏松症好发于中老年患者,而中老年人恰恰是牙缺失、各种骨关节疾病的高发人群,对牙种植、人工关节置换等骨内种植体治疗需求很大。为此,学者们针对如何促进骨质疏松状态下种植体骨整合及其稳定性进行了大量研究。骨质疏松症的病理特征主要是骨吸收加快和新骨形成不足,因此既往研究主要是针对抑制骨吸收、促进骨生成的治疗方法,包括药物治疗、生物因子治疗、种植体表面改性、干细胞治疗等。文章就骨质疏松状态下促进种植体骨整合方法的研究进展做一综述。Osteoporosis is a metabolic disease with decreased bone mass,decreased bone mineral density(BMD)and increased bone fragility.The deteriorated nature and mechanical properties lead to implant failure.Since osteoporosis mostly happens in elderly people,who are at high risk of tooth loss and osteoarticular diseases(OAD),there exists great demand of endosteal implant treatment like tooth implant and prosthetic replacement for joint.The way to enhance implant integration and stability in osteoporotic bone has been extensively investigated.Due to the pathological characteristics of osteoporosis including accelerated bone resorption and insufficient new bone formation,previous studies have mainly aimed at therapies suppressing bone resorption or promoting bone formation,including drugs,biological factors,implant surface modification,stem cell therapy and so on.This article aims to review the current research progress in options to enhance implant osseointegration in osteoporotic models.
