乡村工业化路径与农民家庭城市化类型研究

摘　　要：从乡村工业化视角探究农民城市化的内在差异,对揭示中国城市化实践内涵具有重要意义。与中西部地区的半城市化不同,我国东部发达地区农民被认为已趋于完全城市化,但东部不同区域间农民城市化存在显著差异。苏南、浙江和珠三角是乡村工业化发展的典型代表,基于这三个地区的现实经验,发现不同的乡村工业化路径直接影响了农民与市场、农民与土地、城市与乡村的关系,并表现在区域内的市场结构、集体土地的开发权配置结构以及城乡关系结构中。这三个要素构成了农民生产生活的结构性基础,直接影响农民嵌入市场的方式、集体土地保障水平和村庄社会结构,并最终影响不同区域农民的城市化选择,使三地分别呈现出发展型、需求型、保守型的城市化类型。It is of great significance to explore the internal differences of farmers’ urbanization from the perspective of rural industrialization, which is of great significance to reveal the connotation of urbanization practice in China. Different from semi-urbanization in the central and western regions, farmers in the developed eastern regions are considered to have become fully urbanized, but there are significant differences in the urbanization of farmers in different regions. Southern Jiangsu, Zhejiang and the Pearl River Delta are typical representatives of rural industrialization development, based on the actual experience of the three places, it is found that different rural industrialization paths directly affect the relationship between farmers and the market, farmers and land, and cities and villages, and are manifested in the market structure in the region, the structure of the allocation of collective land development rights, and the urban-rural relationship structure in which villages are located. These three elements constitute the structural foundation of farmers’ production and life, shape the market opportunity structure, collective land security level and village social structure of farmers, and ultimately affect the urbanization choices of farmers in different regions, so that the three places present development-oriented urbanization, different types of demand-based urbanization and conservative urbanization.
