摘 要:宋代是中国养生文化蓬勃发展的时期,刘词所著《混俗颐生录》作为宋代养生的代表性著作,以"食为命之基"的思想为指导,记载有大量的饮食养生原则和方法,反映了饮食与五脏、饮食与治未病、饮食与因时制宜、饮食与因病制宜等方面的养生思想,对现代饮食养生具有很大的借鉴意义。Hun Su Yi Sheng Lu as a representative work focused on health preservation in the Song Dynasty,a period of highly-developed health preservation culture.It was written by Liu Ci,following the theory of"food is the basis of life"and recorded a great number of principles and methods of diet health preservation.It demonstrated the relationship between diet and the five organs of the human body,diet and disease prevention,diet and time adjusting and diet and risk factors.It provided significant reference for diet health preservation currently.
