摘  要:多发性硬化(multiple sclerosis,MS)是中枢神经系统(central nervous system,CNS)脱髓鞘性自身免疫病,可表现为多种神经功能障碍,具有高复发性、高致残性特点。目前MS发病机制尚不明确,多数研究认为与异常免疫反应相关。程序性死亡受体1(programmed cell death 1,PD-1)属于共抑制分子,与其配体(PD-1 ligands,PD-Ls)结合后,在免疫反应中发挥负性调节作用。文章概述了PD-1/PD-Ls与MS的关系及其在MS发病机制中的作用。Multiple sclerosis(MS)is a demyelinating autoimmune disease of the central nervous system(CNS).It can be manifested as a variety of neurological dysfunction,with high recurrence and high disability.At present,the pathogenesis of multiple sclerosis is not completely clear.Most studies believe that it is mostly related to abnormal immune response.Programmed cell death 1(PD-1)is a co-inhibitory receptor,which plays a negative regulatory role in immune response after binding with its ligand(PD-1 ligands,PD-Ls).This review summarized the relationship between PD-1/PD-Ls and MS,and its role in the pathogenesis of MS.
