摘　　要：共刺激分子OX40及其同源配体OX40L都是肿瘤坏死因子超家族成员,OX40与OX40L相互作用后产生的信号在机体免疫应答中起重要调控作用。OX40/OX40L在一些疾病中的过表达使其成为潜在的治疗靶点,但关于OX40/OX40L在疾病免疫活动中的调节作用仍有许多问题待探究。文章概述了OX40/OX40L的免疫特性及其在自身免疫性疾病、炎症性疾病和肿瘤中的免疫作用与应用。Costimulatory molecule OX40 and its cognate ligand OX40L are members of the tumor necrosis factor superfamily.The signals generated by the interaction between OX40 and OX40L play essential roles in the modulation of immune responses.The overexpression of OX40/OX40L in some diseases makes it a potential therapeutic target,but there are still many problems to be explored about the regulatory effect of OX40/OX40 in disease immune activities.This review summarizes the immune characteristics of OX40/OX40L and its immune function and application in autoimmune diseases,inflammatory diseases and tumors.
