CBCT联合热牙胶技术治疗下颌第二磨牙C形根管的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨CBCT联合热牙胶技术治疗下颌第二磨牙C形根管的临床疗效。方法选取2020年1月-2022年5月收治的150例下颌第二磨牙C形根管患者作为研究对象,用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各75例,对照组采用CBCT联合冷侧牙根管填充技术治疗,观察组采用CBCT联合热牙胶技术治疗,比较两组患者治疗疗效、充填质量、填充时间和根尖区与材料的距离、并发症发生率、治疗满意度等。结果比较治疗疗效(94.67%vs84.00%),观察组更高(P<0.05);比较充填质量,观察组恰填率81.33%高于对照组的56.00%(P<0.05);观察组根尖区与材料的距离、根管治疗的填充时间均更短(P<0.05);比较并发症发生率(4.00%vs16.00%),观察组更低(P<0.05);比较治疗满意度(93.33%vs82.67%),观察组更高(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗下颌第二磨牙C形根管可将CBCT与热牙胶技术联合使用,此方式的充填质量良好,在不会加大并发症发生率的基础上能提升疗效,且各患者治疗满意度更高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of CBCT combined with hot gutta percha technique in the treatment of C-shaped root canals of mandibular second molars.Methods 150 patients with C-shaped root canals of mandibular second molars who were treated from January 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 75 patients in each group.The control group received CBCT combined with cold dental root canal flling therapy.The observation group received CBCT combined with hot gum technology.The treatment ffect,flling quality,flling time,distance between the apical area and materials,complication rate,treatment satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the treatment effect(94.67%vs 84.00%),the observation group was higher(P<0.05);compared with the filling quality,the correct flling rate in the observation group was 81.33%higher than that in the control group 56.00%(P<0.05);the distance of apical zone and flling time of root canal therapy were shorter in the observation group(P<0.05);the complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(4.00%vs 16.00%,P<0.05);compared with treatment satisfaction(93.33%vs 82.67%),the observation group was more satisfied(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of C-shaped root canal of mandibular second molar can be combined with CBCT and hot gutta percha technology.The filling quality of this method is good,which can improve the curative effect without increasing the incidence of complications,and the treatment satisfaction of each patient is higher.
