老年消化不良患者应用复方阿嗪米特肠溶片治疗的有效性研究

摘　　要：目的研究老年消化不良患者应用复方阿嗪米特肠溶片治疗的效果。方法选取上饶市广丰区人民医院2021年2月-2022年7月收治的88例患有老年消化不良的患者作为调研对象,随机分为两组,每组各44例患者,对照组口服枸橡酸莫沙必利片进行治疗,观察组应用复方阿嗪米特肠溶片进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果、治疗前后临床症状评分以及胃肠动力指标。结果观察组总有效率为97.73%,高于对照组的84.09%,观察组不良反应率为6.82%,复发率为4.55%,低于对照组的22.73%、18.18%,观察组治疗后临床症状评分均低于对照组,观察组胃动力参数均优于对照组,观察组最大饮水量耐受阈值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用复方阿嗪米特肠溶片治疗老年消化不良患者的临床效果更为显著,能有效改善患者的临床症状,改善其胃肠动力,具有极高的临床应用价值。Objective To study the effectiveness of compound azinide enteric-coated tablet in the treatment of elderly patients with dyspepsia.Methods A total of 88 patients with senile dyspepsia admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to July 2022 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into two groups,with 44 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Mosapride citrate tablet,and the observation group was treated with compound azinide enteric-coated tablet.The clinical effect,clinical symptom score before and after treatment and gastrointestinal motility index were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.73%,higher than 84.09%of the control group,the rate of adverse reaction was 6.82%,and the recurrence rate was 4.55%,lower than 22.73%and 18.18%of the control group.The score of clinical symptoms after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the parameters of gastric modynamics in the observation group were better than that in the control group.The maximum drinking water tolerance threshold of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound azinide enteric-coated tablet has more significant clinical effect in the treatment of elderly patients with dyspepsia,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and gastrointestinal motility of patients,and has very high clinical application value.
