摘　　要：目的探究酪酸梭菌二联活菌散联合奥美拉唑四联对老年胃溃疡患者血清胃动素、胃泌素、黏膜厚度的影响。方法选取岳阳县杨林街镇卫生院消化内科2020年2月-2022年1月期间接诊的186例老年胃溃疡患者开展研究,采用随机抽签法将其分为对照组(进行奥美拉唑四联治疗)、观察组(进行酪酸梭菌二联活菌散联合奥美拉唑四联治疗),为期14d,对比临床疗效。结果用药14d后,观察组临床总有效率、Hp根除率较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组血清胃动素较对照组高,胃泌素、胃黏膜厚度评分较对照组低(P<0.05);用药安全性方面,两组不良反应比较,无差异(P>0.05)。结论酪酸梭菌二联活菌散联合奥美拉唑四联方案的整体疗效确切,且安全可靠,有利于调节患者血清胃动素、胃泌素,改善胃黏膜厚度及肠道菌群变化,以促进病情恢复,值得借鉴。Objective To investigate the effect of Clostridium butyricum bifunctional viable powder combined with omeprazole quadruplex on serum motilin,gastrin and mucosal thickness in elderly patients with gastric ulcer.Methods 186 elderly patients with gastric ulcer in the Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital from February 2020 to January 2022 were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into the control group(treated with omeprazole in four combinations)and the observation group(treated with clostridium butyricum in two combinations with live bacteria powder and omeprazole in four combinations)for 14 days,and the clinical effects were compared.Results After 14 days of medication,the total clinical effective rate and Hp eradication rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the serum motilin was higher than that in the control group,the scores of gastrin and gastric mucosal thickness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of drug safety,there was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclus ion The combined regimen of Clostridium butyricum bifidum viable powder and omeprazole is effective,safe and reliable.It is helpful to regulate the serum motilin and gastrin of patients,improve the thickness of gastric mucosa and intestinal flora,and promote the recovery of the disease.
