摘 要:目的探讨树脂改性光固化玻璃离子充填修复在上颌前磨牙缺损患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2019年7月至2021年9月三门峡市直机关医院收治的104例(104牙)上颌前磨牙缺损患者,按照修复方式不同分组,常规组(51例、51牙)接受玻璃离子水门汀修复,研究组(53例、53牙)予以树脂改性光固化玻璃离子充填修复,比较两组修复前及修复12个月后两组牙周指数(牙龈指数、菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数)、龈沟液指标[天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)]、修复12个月后美观满意度[红色-白色美学标准(PES-WES)评分]、龈沟液菌落。结果修复12个月后研究组牙龈指数、菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数均低于常规组;修复12个月后研究组龈沟液AST、ALP、IL-1β水平均低于常规组;修复12个月后研究组PES、WES及总分高于常规组;研究组修复12个月后革兰阳性厌氧杆菌、革兰阴性厌氧杆菌、黏性放线菌、变形链球菌计数低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论树脂改性光固化玻璃离子充填修复上颌前磨牙缺损患者,可改善患者牙周组织状态和龈沟液菌落,提高美观满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of resin-modified light-cured glass ion filling repair in patients with maxillary premolar defects.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 104 patients(104 teeth)with maxillary premolar defects admitted to Sanmenxia Municipal Government Hospital from July 2019 to September 2021.They were divided into different groups according to the repair methods.The conventional group(51 cases,51 teeth)received glass ionomer cement repair,while the study group(53 cases,53 teeth)received resin-modified light-cured glass ionomer filling repair,The periodontal index(gingival index,plaque index,gingival crevicular bleeding index)and gingival crevicular fluid index[aspartate transaminase(AST),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)]of the two groups were compared before and 12 months after restoration,aesthetic satisfaction(PES-WES score,gingival crevicular fluid bacterial colonies)after 12 months of restoration were evaluated.Results After 12 months of repair,the gingival index,plaque index,and gingival sulcus bleeding index in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group;After 12 months of repair,the levels of gingival crevicular fluid AST,ALP,IL-1βin the study group were lower than those in the conventional group;After 12 months of repair,the PES,WES and total scores of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group;The number of gram-positive anaerobes,gram-negative anaerobes,actinomyces viscosus and streptococcus mutans in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group 12 months after repair,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Resin-modified light-cured glass ion filling can improve the periodontal tissue status and gingival crevicular fluid colony of patients with maxillary premolar defects,and enhance aesthetic satisfaction.
