摘  要:针对某电厂海水处理反渗透系统发生的污堵故障,检查发现膜壳端盖与保安过滤器内壁存在类似污染物;经分析检测可知:膜元件膜壳端盖和保安过滤器内壁污染物为有机物、微生物,主要因还原剂加药过量而导致微生物滋生。通过对保安过滤器及反渗透装置进行彻底地杀菌和清洗处理;安装在线余氯检测仪,监测反渗透进口余氯含量,调整还原剂加药量;增设非氧化性杀菌剂加药点等,有效解决了反渗透系统的微生物污堵情况。In view of the fouling and blocking failure of the reverse osmosis system,an examination was carried out,and pollutants on the end cover of the membrane shell were found which were similar to those on the inner wall of the security filer.Through the analysis and the detection,it can be found that the pollutants on the end cover of the membrane shell and the inner wall of the security filter are organic matters and microorganisms,the source of the pollutants is the growth of microorganism caused by excessive dosage of reducing agent.Through adopting measures such as:thorough sterilizing security filters and reverse osmosis unit,installing online residual chlorine detector;monitoring residual chlorine content in the entrance of reverse osmosis,adjusting reductant dosage,adding non-oxidizing fungicide dosing points and so on,the problem of microorganism fouling and blocking in reverse osmosis system was solved effectively.
