摘  要:对香菇品种L808细胞核与线粒体基因组进行注释分析,结果表明,L808核基因组中含有29.48%的重复序列,以长末端逆转录重复序列(LTRs)为主,其中Gypsy超家族占到基因组的19.07%,Copia超家族仅占2.22%。经结构预测,核基因组中有11490个编码基因,转录本平均长度1854.69 bp,基因编码区平均长度1418.70 bp,基因外显子平均为6.19个,基因内含子平均为84.02个。共有11227个基因得到具体注释,其中碳水化合物活性酶相关基因共660个。L808线粒体基因组全长121411 bp,编码44个基因,包括18个蛋白质编码基因,1个核糖体基因和26个转运RNA基因,其中cox1、cox3、nad1、nad5、cob等5个基因中存在内含子。The nuclear and mitochondrial genomes of Lentinula edodes cultivar strain L808 were annotated.The result show that there was 29.48%repetitive elements in nuclear genome,long-terminal reverse transcriptional repeats(LTRs)were the most abundant type,the Gypsy and Copia superfamily accounts for 19.07%and 2.22%respectively.According to structure-based prediction,there were 11490 coding genes in the nuclear genome,the average length of transcript was 1854.69 bp,the average length of gene coding region was 1418.70 bp,the average length of gene exons was 6.19,and the average length of gene introns was 84.02.11227 genes wer annotated,among which 660 genes related to carbohydrate active enzymes.The complete sequence of the mitochondrial genoeme of L808 was 121411 bp,contained 44 genes including 18 protein codings,1 ribosomal genes and 26 tRNA genes.Introns existed in cox1,cox3,nad1,nad5 and cob 5 genes.
