摘  要:选用大米和桑蚕蛹基质栽培蛹虫草,比较子实体生长情况并分别测定子实体和基质部分的虫草素、腺苷及多糖含量。结果表明,桑蚕蛹基质蛹虫草子实体色泽金黄、密度大,生物转化率高,达95.72%,其子实体虫草素、腺苷和多糖含量分别为223.41 mg/100 g、294.78 mg/100 g和254.91 mg/100 g;大米基质蛹虫草子实体呈浅黄色、分散,生物转化率为22.78%,其子实体虫草素、腺苷和多糖含量分别为246.73 mg/100 g、118.43 mg/100 g和999.55 mg/100 g;栽培后桑蚕蛹基质的虫草多糖、虫草素和腺苷含量分别为3785.27 mg/100 g、446.19 mg/100 g和120.52 mg/100 g;栽培后大米基质的多糖含量高达8852.23 mg/kg,虫草素、腺苷含量低。建议对基质中的高含量有效成分进行针对性开发利用。Rice and silkworm chrysalis were used to cultivate Cordyceps militaris,the growth of fruiting bodies,the contents of cordycepin,adenosine and polysaccharide in fruiting body and substrate were determined and compared.The results showed that the fruiting body of Cordyceps militaris in the silkworm substrates is golden in color and high in density.The biotransformation rate is 95.72%.The contents of cordycepin,adenosine and polysaccharide in the fruiting body are 223.41 mg/100 g,294.78 mg/100 g and 254.91 mg/100 g respectively.The fruiting bodies of Cordyceps militaris in rice substrates were light yellow and dispersed,and the biotransformation rate was 22.78%.The contents of cordycepin,adenosine and polysaccharide in the fruiting bodies were 246.73 mg/100 g,118.43 mg/100 g and 999.55 mg/100 g respectively.After cultivation,the cordycepin content in the spent silkworm substrates reached 466.19 mg/kg,the contents of adenosine and polysaccharide are 120.52 mg/kg and 3785.27 mg/100 g.The polysaccharide content of the spent rice substrate after cultivation is as high as 8852.23 mg/kg,and the content of cordycepin and adenosine is low.
