摘 要:矿区进场道路是连接主井工业场地或副井工业场地与矿区外部公路的重要通道,承担矿区人员通勤、材料车辆进场和部分煤炭外运的主要功能。科学合理的道路交通组织能有效提高运输效率,减少矿区车辆二氧化碳排放量,推进绿色矿山建设。文章以W矿的矿区进场道路为例,结合矿区的交通特性和用地控制等要素,研究该道路的交通组织设计方式,提出四种交通组织方案,从横向、纵向多维度定性评估;同时利用VISSIM对四种方案仿真,选取通过车辆数、平均通过时间、延误和排队时间作为评价指标,结合车辆油耗,定量分析四种方案在交叉口和路段处的评价指标。结果表明:从车辆通行效率和节能减排的角度,认为在路段处实现汽货分离和在交叉口处减少转向冲突的交通组织方式更适用于矿区进场道路综合管理。研究成果可为绿色矿山进场道路的交通组织提供参考。The approach road in mining area is an important passage connecting the industrial site of the main shaft or auxiliary shaft and the road outside the mining area.It undertakes the main functions of the commuting of mining personnel,the entering of ma-terial vehicles and some coal outbound transportation.Therefore,a reasonable and scientific road traffic organization can effectively improve transportation efficiency,reduce carbon dioxide emissions from vehicles in mining areas,and promote the realization of green mines.Taking the mine approach road of W mine as an example,this paper studies the traffic organization design method of the road based on the traffic characteristics and land use control of the mining area.After that,4 traffic organization schemes are proposed,and multi-dimensional qualitative evaluation are carried out from horizontal and vertical dimensions.VISSIM is used to simulate the four schemes and the number of passing vehicles,average passing time,delay and queuing time as evaluation indicators are selected.The evaluation indicators of the four schemes at intersections and road sections are quantitatively analyzed in combination with vehicle fuel consumption.From the perspective of vehicle traffic efficiency and energy saving and emission reduction,it is believed that the trans-portation organization that realizes separation of steam and cargo at road sections and reduces steering conflicts at intersections is more suitable for the comprehensive management of mining approach roads.The research results can provide reference for the traffic organization of green mine approach roads.
