摘 要:文章以南京地铁一号线滨江公园站盾构井始发端头加固工程为例,结合实际工况运用ABAQUS有限元软件进行建模,分析富水淤泥质土层端头不同横向加固宽度下位移云图和应力云图的差别,并结合实测值进行合理加固范围分析。结果表明:富水淤泥质土层加固后稳定效果非常明显,对于盾构机的掘进有显著安全保障作用;横向加固宽度是影响盾构始发土体稳定的重要因素,加固宽度在2.4~3.6 m时具有明显的加固效果,加固宽度再继续增加,不会明显改善加固效果。Taking the reinforcement project of the starting end of the shield shaft at Binjiang Park Station of Nanjing Metro Line 1 as an example, the paper uses the ABAQUS finite element software to model the actual working conditions,analyzes the difference between the displacement nephogram and the stress nephogram under different transverse reinforcement widths of the end of the water-rich silty stratum, and analyzes the reasonable reinforcement range based on the measured values. The results show that the stabilization effect of the water-rich silty stratum after reinforcement is very obvious, which has a significant safety guarantee effect for the tunneling of shield machine.The transverse reinforcement width is an important factor affecting the stability of the original soil mass of the shield.When the reinforcement width is 2.4-3.6 m, it has obvious reinforcement effect. If the reinforcement width continues to increase, it will not significantly improve the reinforcement effect.
