摘 要:城市轨道交通发展迅速,在城市地铁建设过程中,新建线路并行、下穿或上跨既有线路情况多见,穿越城市地下构筑物多发,解决地下障碍物成为地铁隧道建设推进的主要问题。文章以某在建工程为实例,新建线路区间隧道下穿既有车站围护桩、立交桥桩基等多种障碍物,对地铁区间隧道下穿既有地铁车站的开挖方式、隧道断面形式、地基加固方式进行了分析,结合结构有限元软件建立模型并模拟计算,分析暗挖区间隧道开挖对既有车站变形的影响。研究得出:矿山法暗挖、圆形断面形式、大管棚+小导管超前注浆加固地层是该工程项目最佳的下穿方式。Urban rail transit is developing rapidly.In the process of urban subway construction,it is common for new lines to parallel,underpass or cross existing lines and to pass through urban underground structures.Solving underground obstacles has become the main problem in subway tunnel construction.Taking a project under construction as an example with the situation of new line interval tunnel undercrossing various obstacles such as the retaining pile of the existing station and the pile foundation of the overpass,this paper analyzes the excavation method,tunnel section form,and foundation reinforcement method of the subway interval tunnel undercrossing the existing subway station.Combined with the structural finite element software,the model is established and calculated to analyze the influence of the excavation of undercutting interval tunnel on the deformation of the existing station.It is concluded that underground excavation by mining method,circular section form,large pipe shed+small duct grouting in advance to strengthen the stratum are the best under-penetration methods for the project.
