摘 要:通过试验获取了5000 kN球型支座和盆式橡胶支座在竖向压缩、水平滑动、竖向转动三个方面的力学性能,并将支座6自由度本构特性代入三跨简支梁车桥系统中进行仿真分析,得出如下几点结论:两类支座涉及的三类试验的力学模型和通行的理论模型相符,均为多段线性模型;球座支撑特性下的墩底剪力响应波动幅度小于盆座支撑;盆座支撑特性下的梁体跨中振动加速度响应波动程度则小于球座支撑,球座在体系中的运动较为灵活,这也与支座试验结论相符。In this paper,the mechanical properties of 5000 kN spherical bearing and pot rubber bearing in three aspects of vertical compression,horizontal sliding and vertical rotation are compared and analyzed through tests,and the 6-DOF constitutive characteristics of the bearing are substituted into the system simulation analysis program.After analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:the mechanical models of the three types of tests involved in the two types of bearings are consistent with the prevailing theoretical models,and they are both multi-segment linear models;the fluctuation amplitude of pier bottom shear response under the characteristics of spherical support is smaller than that of basin support;the vibration acceleration response of the beam midspan under the characteristics of the basin support is less than that of the ball support.The movement of the ball socket in the system is relatively flexible,which is also consistent with the conclusions of the bearing test.
