摘  要:为了探究废橡胶粉对水泥稳定碎石基层干缩性能的改善效果,选择掺量为0%,0.5%,1.0%,粒径为30目的橡胶粉等质量替代细集料,首先进行水泥稳定碎石的配合比设计,然后制作不同橡胶粉掺量的水泥稳定碎石中梁试件,养护后进行29 d的干缩试验,利用SPSS软件对所得数据进行曲线回归。结果表明,橡胶粉降低了混合料的干缩应变与干缩系数,起到了增韧效果,并且掺量越大越明显;混合料的干缩应变与失水率之间符合二次函数关系,失水率、干缩应变与龄期之间符合对数关系。In order to explore the improvement effect of waste rubber powder on the dry shrinkage performance of cement-stabilized crushed stone base,a mixture of 0%,0.5%,1.0%and a particle size of 30 mesh rubber powder were selected to replace fine aggregate.First,the mix design of cement-stabilized crushed stone was carried out,and then the middle beam specimen of cement-stabilized crushed stone with different rubber powder contents was made.After curing,the dry shrinkage test was conducted for 29 d.SPSS software was used for curve regression of the obtained data.The results show that the rubber powder can reduce the dry shrinkage strain and dry shrinkage coefficient of the mixture and play a toughening effect,and the greater the dosage,the more obvious.The relationship between dry shrinkage strain and water loss rate of the mixture conforms to quadratic function,and the relationship between water loss rate,dry shrinkage strain and age conforms to logarithmic relationship.
