摘  要:试验旨在研究玉米粗粉碎型日粮对笼养肉杂鸡生长性能与屠宰性能的影响。将864只1日龄肉杂鸡随机分为2个组(对照组玉米采用2.5 mm筛片粉碎,试验组玉米采用7 mm筛片粗粉碎),每组8个重复,每个重复54只鸡。试验周期49 d。研究结果表明:饲喂玉米粗粉碎型日粮能显著改善肉鸡的日均增重与耗料增重比(P<0.05),但对日均采食量无显著改善(P>0.05)。肉鸡饲喂玉米粗粉碎型日粮能显著提高肉鸡肌胃重(P<0.05),但对屠宰率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腹脂率无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,笼养肉杂鸡饲喂玉米粗粉碎型日粮能促进肌胃发育,进而改善肉鸡的日均增重和耗料增重比。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of corn coarse crushing diet on the growth performance and slaughter performance of broilers.8641-day-old broilers were randomly divided into two groups(corn in the control group was crushed with 2.5 mm sieve pieces,and corn in the test group was roughly crushed with 7 mm sieve pieces),with 8 repetitions in each group and 54 chickens in each repetition.A 49 day trial was conducted.The results showed that corn coarse crushing diet could significantly(P<0.05)improve the average daily gain and feed conversion rate of broilers,but had no significant effect on average daily feed intake(P>0.05).Broilers fed corn coarse crushing diet could significantly(P<0.05)increase the stomach weight of broilers,but had no significant effect on the slaughtering rate,full clean bore rate,breast muscle rate and abdominal fat rate(P>0.05).In conclusion,feeding coarse crushed corn diet to cage broilers can promote the development of muscle stomach,and then improve the average daily weight gain and the ratio of feed consumption to gain of broilers.
