摘 要:近年来,随着居民生活水平不断提高,羊肉的消费需求日益增长,新疆作为羊肉的主产区,其养殖规模和水平已难以满足市场的庞大需求。因此,急需大幅提升新疆羊肉产区的供给数量和质量,大力推进新疆羊肉产业化发展。本文从羊肉产业供应现状及羊肉价格变化趋势等方面阐述了新疆羊肉的产业现状,分析了新疆羊肉产业发展中存在的问题,并对如何加速羊肉产业化发展提供了建议,以期为新疆羊肉产业的可持续健康发展提供依据。In recent years,with the continuous improvement of living standards,mutton consumption demand is growing.As the main mutton producing area,the scale and level of breeding in Xinjiang can not meet the huge demand of the current market.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the quantity and quality of mutton supply in Xinjiang,and to promote the development of mutton industrialization in Xinjiang.This paper expounds the present situation of Xinjiang mutton industry from the aspects of the present situation of mutton industry supply and the changing trend of mutton price,analyzes the problems existing in the development of Xinjiang mutton industry,and puts forward some suggestions on how to speed up the development of mutton industrialization,in order to provide basis for the sustainable and healthy development of mutton industry in Xinjiang.
