互联网时代老年人健康信息素养的提升对策研究

摘　　要：健康信息素养是健康素养与信息素养融合的产物。在互联网时代,提高老年人的健康信息素养水平对其改善健康状况、提升老年生活幸福感具有重要意义。然而,老年群体的健康信息素养普遍处于较低水平,运用互联网技术有助于老年人健康信息素养水平的提升。互联网在优化获取渠道、丰富资源储量、促进经验重构等三个方面为提升老年人健康信息素养提供了机遇,同时,老年人也在获取健康信息、理解健康信息、甄别健康信息、应用健康信息等方面面临着重大挑战。针对互联网提供的机遇与面临的挑战,本文从教育体系、社会氛围、市场行为、设备改造四个层面提出提升老年人健康信息素养的对策建议。Health information literacy is the combination of health literacy and information literacy.In the Internet age,improving the level of health information literacy among the elderly is of great importance for improving their health status and well-being.However,health information literacy was generally at a low level among the elderly,and the use of Internet technology can contribute to the improvement of health information literacy levels among the elderly.The Internet offers opportunities to improve health information literacy among the elderly in optimizing access to information,enriching reserves of resources,and promoting reconstruction of experience,and at the same time,the elderly face major challenges in acquiring,understanding,screening,and applying health information.In response to the opportunities and challenges offered by the Internet,this article proposes countermeasures to improve health information literacy among the elderly at four ways:education system,social atmosphere,market behavior,and equipment renovation.
