摘  要:随着城市地下工程施工技术的快速发展,地铁隧道横通道的人工冻结技术也逐渐被广泛应用。基于冻土温度场计算理论,采用ABAQUS有限元软件,分析了地铁隧道联络通道施工设计中冻结管分别采用单排冻结管、双排冻结管和单双排冻结管相结合3种布置类型下的冻结壁温度场时效演化规律。结果表明:采用单排冻结管或双排冻结管形式进行45d冻结后,冻结帷幕厚度难以满足施工设计安全要求或者造成经济浪费,而当采用单双排冻结管结合的布置形式时,既可满足开挖施工冻结壁厚度要求,也能避免冻土过多侵入开挖界限。With the rapid development of the construction technology of urban underground engineering,the artificial freezing technology of the cross passage of subway tunnel has gradually been widely used.Based on the calculation theory of frozen soil temperature field,ABAQUS finite element software was used to analyze the evolution law of temperature field of frozen wall under the three layout types of single row frozen pipe,double row frozen pipe and single and double row frozen pipe combined in the construction design of cross passage of subway tunnel.The results showed that:After 45 days of freezing in the form of single-row and double-row frozen pipes,the thickness of frozen curtain is difficult to meet the safety requirements of construction design or cause economic waste.However,when the arrangement of combining single-row and double-row frozen pipes is adopted,it can not only meet the requirements of construction freezing thickness,but also avoid excessive intrusion of frozen soil into the excavation boundary.
