摘  要:针对上软下硬砂砾地层地铁通道施工的复杂性,依托长沙市轨道交通5号线火炬村站通道施工,从适用性、工期和造价3个方面对比分析了暗挖法、矩形机械顶管和人工顶管法在上软下硬砂砾地层隧道施工中的优缺点,综合考虑各因素确定了人工顶管法施工。详细分析了人工顶管法施工技术,通过现场实践验证了人工顶管法在上软下硬砂砾岩地层施工的有效性,在保证城市道路路面安全的前提下顺利完成了地铁车站通道施工。For the construction complexity of subway passage in soft upper and hard gravel stratum,the background is the construction of Huojucun station access in Changsha Metro Line 5.From three aspects of applicability,time limit and cost,the advantages and disadvantages of construction methods,the underground excavation method,rectangular mechanical pipe jacking method and manual pipe jacking method,are compared in upper soft and lower hard gravel stratum.The construction method of manual pipe jacking is determined by considering all factors comprehensively.The field practice verifies the effectiveness of artificial pipe jacking method in the upper soft and lower hard conglomerate stratum.Under the premise of ensuring the safety of urban road surface,the construction of subway station access is successfully completed.
