摘 要:对隧道侧墙进行现场温度监测,采用有限元软件ANSYS研究实际浇筑后温度场的时变规律,有限元模型与实测值吻合较好,验证了模型的准确性。为分析冷却水管在大体积混凝土中的作用,建立带管冷的模型进行有限元仿真分析,并对有无冷却水管的墙体温度场、应力场进行对比分析。结果表明:侧墙浇筑后温度变化趋势为先上升后下降,在第2~3天达到峰值,最高温度出现在结构中心点处,利用ANSYS软件进行数值仿真与工程实测吻合效果较好;未布置冷却水管时里表温差导致的最大温度应力大于抗拉强度,引起表面开裂,布设冷却水管显著降低水化热,与覆盖保温棉毡组成“内降外保”的温控措施能释放温度应力,抑制表面裂缝产生。The temperature change of the tunnel side wall during construction is monitored,and the finite element software ANSYS is used to simulate the temperature field.After studying the change law of temperature field,the finite element model is in good agreement with the measured results,which verifies the accuracy of the finite element model.Structural analysis is carried out to obtain the stress distribution.To analyze the function of cooling pipe in mass concrete,a finite element model of it is established for simulation analysis,the variation laws of temperature and stress are studied,and the temperature field and stress field of whether to arrange pipe cooling are compared and analyzed.The results show that the temperature change trend is first rising and then falling,reaching the temperature peak 2~3days after pouring,and the maximum temperature appears at the center point of the structure.The numerical simulation by ANSYS is in good agreement with the engineering measurement.When the cooling pipe is not arranged,the maximum temperature stress caused by internal and external temperature difference is greater than the tensile strength,resulting in the cracking of the surface.The arrangement of the cooling pipe can significantly reduce the hydration heat.The temperature control measure of“internal reduction and external protection”composed of thermal insulation cotton felt can release the temperature stress,inhibit the generation of surface cracks.
