摘 要:地处非洲西部的内陆国家布基纳法索,自独立以来逐步建立起了较为完备的教育行政制度和教育体系,但因历史和现实的原因,其教育仍处于初级发展阶段,文盲率b居高不下。鉴于扫除文盲对国家经济社会发展的重要意义,布国政府不断尝试改革和调整扫盲教育政策,并取得了一定成效。本文以布基纳法索独立以来的扫盲教育,尤其是孔波雷政府执政期间出台的五部法案法规为重点研究对象,历时梳理布基纳法索中央政府的扫盲举措,分析扫盲运动的嬗变阶段和演进特点,考察扫盲教育取得的成效及面临的主要问题,并探察未来发展趋向。Burkina Faso,a landlocked country located in Western Africa,has gradually established a relatively complete education system since its independence.However,due to historical and practical reasons,the education in Burkina Faso is still in the primary stage of development,with a high illiteracy rate.In view of the importance of eliminating illiteracy for the economic and social development of the country,the ruling elites have been trying to reform and adjust the policy of literacy education and have achieved some results.This article offers a survey of the literacy education in Burkina Faso after its independence,especially in light of the laws and regulations published during Blaise Compaoréadministration.It reviews the various literacy measures by various administration and it highlights the various phases and characteristics of the campaign.The main results and challenges and future trends are also explored.
