肝癌术后从脾阴虚论治的思路探索

摘　　要：脾阴虚是中医脏象理论和脾胃学说的重要组成部分,岭南外科术后中医调治有鲜明的地域特色,脾阴虚理论在肝癌术后的辨治应用有其独特之处。本文拟从肝癌外科术后的生理机制、病因病机、症状表现、治法机要及病案举隅等方面阐述脾阴虚理论的应用,主张肝癌外科术后早期、中期、康复期分别采用甘凉通补、甘淡醒脾、甘平运脾的调治方法,对肝癌术后重病虚劳证建议药食同调,从脾阴虚证的角度探索中医经典理论对外科术后中医康复调理的指导意义。Spleen-yin deficiency is an important part of visceral manifestation theory and spleen-stomach theory in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.Postoperative management with traditional Chinese medicine in Lingnan Surgery has distinct regional features,and the spleen-yin deficiency theory for guiding the postoperative treatment of liver cancer has its specific advantages.In this paper,we intended to expound the application of spleen-yin deficiency theory in the postoperative treatment of liver cancer from the physiological mechanism,etiology and pathogenesis,symptoms and signs,therapeutic mechanisms and examples of medical cases of liver cancer after surgery.It is suggested that sweet-cool herbs for invigorating spleen should be used in the early postoperative stage of liver cancer,sweet-light herbs for awakening spleen should be used in the middle postoperative stage of liver cancer,and sweet-mild herbs for activating spleen should be used for the rehabilitation of liver cancer after surgery.It is recommended to the combined use of medicine and food can be adopted for the serious consumption syndrome of liver cancer after surgery.The application of spleen-yin deficiency theory for guiding the postoperative treatment of liver cancer will be benefit for the postoperative rehabilitation and management with Chinese medicine.
