江苏高职院校中外合作办学现状及发展对策研究  

Current Situation,Problems and Development Countermeasures of Sino-foreign Cooperative Education in Jiangsu Higher Vocational Colleges

摘　　要：高职中外合作办学一方面对接职业教育国际化,另一方面关联地方经济发展,直接影响着国际国内两个大局、经济文化两个大业,具有重要的促进作用。通过对江苏省各市高职院校的合作对象国、合作院校数量占比、合作专业数、合作专业结构、办学主体类型等几个显性指标的分析,发现存在合作对象范围偏狭、合作项目不稳定、市际发展不均衡、合作专业同质化等问题,并从完善优化中外合作办学战略空间布局;研究形势政策以规避低效办学风险;立足省内发展规划,多向度合作办学;植根各市特色,协同发展、错位发展等方面提出发展对策。Sino-foreign cooperative education in higher vocational colleges is connected with the internationalization of vocational education on one hand,and the development of local economy on the other,directly affecting the international and domestic situation,as well as the causes of economy and culture,with a very important promoting effect.With the analysis of several dominant indicators in Jiangsu higher vocational colleges,such as the cooperative target countries,the proportion of cooperative colleges,the number of cooperative majors,the layout of cooperative majors,the type of school-running subjects and so on,some problems are emerging:lack of diversity in cooperative target countries,instability of cooperative programs,unbalanced development between cities,and certain homogeneity of cooperative programs,to name just a few.Some countermeasures are suggested for solving the problems,for example,improving and optimizing the strategic spatial layout of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools,studying the situation and policies to avoid risks of inefficient education,following provincial development planning and running colleges via multi-directional cooperation,implementing coordinated development and dislocation development based on municipal characteristics.
